Paul Roys

Paul F Roys, age 70, of Grand Rapids passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.  Paul is survived by his wife, Alicia (Shier) Roys, children Shelley (Shawn) Kersjes, Jill (Dan) Willey, Erin Roys and Eden Heimer, four grandchildren, siblings Barb (Craig) Linderman, Gerry Roys, Nancy Kuzniar, David (Patty) Roys, Chris Roys and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue (Ekkens) Roys, brother Larry Roys, and parents Floyd and Jane (Kuzma) Roys.  Paul faithfully attended New Community Church, was an avid golfer, loved a good card game and kept everyone laughing. 

Visitation will be held at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Sunday, March 10th from 2-4 and 6-8pm.  A funeral service will be held at New Community Church, 2340 Dean Lake Road NE on Monday March 11, 2019  beginning at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior and a luncheon to follow the service.
