Kathryn Miller Obituary

Kathryn Ruth Miller (Hine), age 93, of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away peacefully on the evening of Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Kathy was born near Chicago, Illinois on October 11, 1928, and she was raised in Detroit, Michigan. Kathy attended the University of Michigan. After graduating, she was a service club manager in Japan for the Army. On November 16, 1957 she was united in marriage to Dr. Donald K. Miller. Kathy and Don were married for 56 years before his passing in 2014. During their time together, they had two beloved dogs, Oscar and Mikey. Mrs. Miller enjoyed playing tennis, golfing with her husband, playing Bingo, reading non-fiction books, watching Broadway plays, traveling, and socializing with her friends. A private family gathering will be held at Graceland Mausoleum to celebrate her life.
