Pamela Boland Skinner

Pamela Boland Skinner, age 53, of Grand Rapids passed away suddenly on Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home. Pam was born on July 7, 1964 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Richard and Lorraine Boland.  She graduated from East Grand Rapids High School, Class of 1982 and attended Michigan State University. Pam worked as office manager for Stockwell Manufacturing and held several jobs in the retail clothing business. Arts and crafts and playing cards with her many nieces and nephews along with the time she spent with her family was the joy of her life. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lorraine Boland in 2007. Surviving are her father, Richard Boland; her brothers and sisters, Michael T. (Bobbi) Boland, James Boland, Carol (Gregory) Johnson, Jeanne Boland, John (Sarah) Boland, Deborah Boland, Nancy (Phil) Kilcullen, and Anne (Chris) Irons. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Chapel where a prayer service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.  Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. For those who wish memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
