Nancy Oakes Hall

Nancy Oakes Hall passed peacefully Wednesday afternoon April 18, 2018, surrounded by family and friends. Nancy leaves behind her loving husband, Jay Hall,  her daughter Heather,  and grandchildren Felix and Edith LaRocca.  She is also survived by her loving sister Gigi and mother Bette Oakes.  Nancy grew up skiing in Aspen,  Colorado and became an avid sailor here in Michigan.  Nancy was an amazing artist as well. She received a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids . The family will greet friends on Friday from 3 to 6pm at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home.   In lieu of flowers,  Nancy would like donations made in her memory to Faith Hospice or Lemmen-Holten Cancer Pavillion.
