Service Details

Derk Zandstra aged 67 passed away peacefully Wednesday September 13, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Theresa Zandstra, his sister Grace Zandstra and brother Jayeo Zandstra. Surviving are his sister Caroline (James) Shearer Jr. his nephew, James (Heather) Shearer III and his niece Melissa Funke. There will be no memorial service at his request. Burial is at Graceland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Senior Neighbors 678 Front NW Suite 205 Grand Rapids MI 49504
