Franklin Dale Covert

Born in Grand Rapids to Charles and Caroline (Liskey) Covert.  Graduated from Central High School and served in the Army during the Korean War.  Frank worked for several years at Daverman Associates until founding, with his partners, WBDC Architects.

Frank is survived by his wife of 61 years, Dian (Roersma) Covert and three daughters:  Sheryl (Ted) Spangenberg, Lisa Cole, and Denise (Mike) Mohr.  He is also survived by grandchildren Amber Spangenberg, Austin Lehman, Andrew Lehman, Amy Mohr, and Ian Mohr; two great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law John Roersma, Karl Roersma; and sister-in-law Jane (Clair) Pratt.  Frank was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Richard, and his father- and mother-in-law John and Susa May Roersma.

Respecting Frank’s wishes, there will be no services.
